Team building challenges are a great way to get employees out of the office and excited by new activities. From competitive fundraising to physical challenges, here are just some of the ways to engage employees:
• Test their sales, marketing and creative skills when they are allowed to take over our Geranium Charity Shops for one day to see which team can have the best impact on the shops.
• Challenge events - we can organise bespoke events where your staff can work together to reach their goals, both physical and fundraising. We also have places in runs such as the London Marathon and the Reading Half Marathon, training together can be a great morale builder.
