A kind donor is recruited at the door
We have door to door fundraisers working across Greater London, making contact directly with people like you to raise funds.
We have been fundraising face to face since 2002, when our first team of fundraisers hit the streets. Since then donors recruited have given almost £3 million which has changed so many lives. Without these funds over the last ten years we would not have been able to help people like Stephen find meaningful employment.
If you are one of the wonderful people who signed up to help blind and visually impaired people in Greater London then we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You have helped transform the lives of blind and visually impaired people from nursery school to nursing home.

We know that times are hard, and the money you have has to stretch further and further. That is why we feel so privileged when people make a commitment to support us.
If you are struggling to make your payments you can call us up to reduce the amount, or take a payment holiday. Why not call Katherine on 0207 620 2066 to discuss your options. If you do still need to cancel, Katherine can help you out with this too.
You may no longer wish to donate to us via direct debit, but you can still support blind and visually impaired people across London in so many ways – see below.

We understand that direct debit is not always the way you would like to support a charity, and we respect that. There are lots of different ways to get involved with the GLFB and make a difference.

How do I know the fundraisers are genuine?
Legitimate door-to-door fundraisers will be:
• Wearing a red tabard with the GLFB logo on the front.
• Displaying a Your Fundraisers badge with their name, photo and employee number.
• Carrying up-to-date GLFB information and sign up forms.
